Boycotting my blog – Day 2

Have received a comment from a TMP colleague (see Boycotting my blog – Day 1), which I appreciate, but am holding out until the public at large adds it voice. Regarding the screenplay, I can’t seem to find my muse. Perhaps it’s in the cupboard next to the corn flakes.

    I agree that most of your blog visits are probably from your wife and maybe that monkey you mentioned. Come on Rob. Blog or no blog – getting yourself heard takes marketing. Marketing takes pushing your message out to your target audience and not passively waiting for them to come to you. Your wonderful rantings should be focused on the TMP home page or in their e-mail newsletter at the very least. You know all this. I think you shouldn’t boycott your blog until you’ve given it some fair marketing. Surely, you should have some sort of marketing budget to tap into.
