Gap used 360-degree Virtual Reality tours to engage candidates at its career fair booth. The tours gave visitors a chance to tour Gap’s San Francisco and New York campuses while exploring the various business areas in each location.
YouVisit VR also showcased their new interactive VR experiences, allowing candidates to interact with CGI elements, videos and content hotspots with real-world 360-degree footage, furthering the opportunities to bring the employee culture to life.
Understanding the importance of culture and its effects on employer brands, Reviewtrackers allows companies to monitor and track their review data, providing an analytic dashboard and metrics from public-facing Glassdoor and Indeed reviews, while hoping to provide even more specific data soon.
